Vidoo Refund Policy
Live Webinar/On-Demand/Pre-Recorded Refund Policy
Vidoo will provide a 100% refund of the order amount in the following circumstances:
– If Vidoo cancels the live webinar/on-demand/pre-recorded webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, technical problems, or force majeure.
– If a customer cancels their registration at least five days prior to the webinar date.
Vidoo will not provide refunds in the following scenarios:
– If a customer/attendee leaves the webinar after logging in.
– If technical problems occur at the customer’s/attendee’s end.
DVD/Transcript/Digital Download Refund Policy
– Vidoo will provide a 100% refund if a customer cancels their DVD/CD or transcript order before the webinar occurrence date.
– If a customer receives a damaged or non-functional DVD/CD, they must return it within 20 days of delivery to receive a refund.
– No refunds will be provided for transcript or digital downloads.
Combo Offer Refund Policy
This policy applies to customers who have purchased a combination of live webinar, on-demand, DVD, transcript, or digital download.
– If a customer cancels part of their order at least five days before the webinar occurrence, they will be charged the original price of the product availed, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– The refund policies for live/on-demand/pre-recorded webinars and DVD/transcript/digital downloads apply in conjunction with this combo offer policy.
