Vidoo Intellectual Property Rights
Vidoo owns and operates the website vidoo.education and retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Vidoo Material/Product, including documentation, data, technical information, and know-how provided to customers.

Customer Obligations
Customers agree to obtain Vidoo’s prior written consent before:

1. Copying any Vidoo material.
2. Using recording equipment during audio conferences or webinars.
3. Using Vidoo trademarks, trade names, or designations in promotions or publications.

Definition of Vidoo Material/Product
Vidoo Material/Product includes all products/materials purchased from Vidoo websites and any information accessed upon purchase.

License Grant
Subject to payment of the respective Vidoo Material/Product fee, Vidoo grants customers:

1. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the product uninterrupted.
2. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use a single copy of the Vidoo Material/Product.

Restrictions on Use
Vidoo Material/Product shall not be used for commercial purposes or to create derivative works.
